All products are made-to-order. Following 2-3 weeks lead time*, they will be shipped as soon as possible via USPS. Once products are transferred to USPS, Cobalt Designs no longer has direct control over the product.

RETURNS POLICY
All sales are final. No returns are accepted.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products are covered by a 30-day warranty, wherein any components damaged from normal use will be replaced. Intentional misuse or disassembly of products will result in a void of warranty.​
Please throughly inspect your product upon delivery and contact us if you suspect your product has been damaged in shipping or is defective.

CUSTOM FILAMENT
All products are made using PLA+. Orange tips cannot be removed and all black color schemes are prohibited.
Custom color selections incur additional $20 per color.
Custom color patterns incur additional $20 per item.
If you request a custom color, an invoice will be sent to you for the customization fee. Once this fee is paid, your order will begin production.
